Appointments may be scheduled through our online booking page or by calling the Naco location. Please verify that you selected Blue Naco before confirming your appointment, since we also operate other branches.

Clients should arrive on time and provide accurate information about the services they need. Color, balayage, corrective color, extensions, keratin, hair botox, and other chemical services may require an evaluation before the appointment. Please disclose previous color, bleach, relaxers, smoothing treatments, allergies, sensitivities, and recent chemical services.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be submitted as early as possible by phone or through the booking platform. The salon does not publicly provide a specific service-cancellation deadline, late fee, deposit requirement, or no-show charge, so these conditions should be confirmed when booking.

Late arrivals may result in a shorter appointment, a change in the services that can be completed, or rescheduling when there is not enough time to perform the service properly. Lengthy or specialized appointments may require a deposit or advance confirmation.

Service results vary based on hair condition, previous chemical treatments, nail condition, skin sensitivity, maintenance, and aftercare. Consultations, strand tests, allergy tests, or service modifications may be recommended when necessary.

Retail-product returns and order cancellations follow the company’s published return policy. Approved product returns may be issued as store credit valid for up to 60 days rather than a cash refund. Product-order cancellations may receive a full refund when the order has not yet been transferred to the delivery provider; shipping charges may be deducted once delivery processing has begun. These published rules relate primarily to retail purchases and do not establish a specific refund policy for completed salon services.
