Clients requesting color, blonde, balayage, keratin, nanoplastia, hair botox, corrective color, or other chemical services should disclose their complete hair and chemical-treatment history before the appointment.

Cancellations and rescheduling requests should be submitted as early as possible through the booking system, WhatsApp, telephone, or email. The salon’s published policy states that qualifying prepaid cancellations may be refunded using the original payment method and that medical exceptions may be considered when appropriate documentation is provided.
